Nothing is published without a person saying so
Every piece of AI-written content — a listing description, a review reply — waits in an approval queue until an agent approves it. An agent can read any enquiry conversation and take it over at any point, and the assistant hands over of its own accord when a question needs a human.
It also stays out of anything it has no business advising on: it will quote a property’s advertised price, but it will never ask a buyer about their budget or discuss finance. That is the agent’s conversation to have.
Calendars, handled properly
An agent can connect their Google Calendar so Selara only ever offers viewing times they are actually free, allowing for travel between properties. Booked viewings appear on their calendar with the buyer invited, and if a viewing is cancelled from either side, the other side is told automatically.
Selara only asks for permission to manage calendar events, never to read anything else, and an agent can disconnect at any time. What we do with that access is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

Questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your card is charged the monthly price on day 14, and every month after that. We remind you three days before. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.
Why do you need a card for a free trial?
So Selara can keep answering your leads without interruption when the trial ends. We make a small verification charge to confirm the card and refund it straight away.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Settings → Billing, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your listings and leads stay yours.
Can I switch between Solo and Team?
Upgrading to Team takes effect immediately and you're refunded for the unused part of your Solo month. Moving to Solo takes effect at your next renewal, once your team is down to one person.
